"Beautiful location. Only there for one night so can’t really comment on things to do or sights to see."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"It was a short drive to town. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good. I loved the cappuccino, my only suggestion would be to have an egg option. "

"Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."

"I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

"Beautiful rooms. We and our friends had the "Fantastia Mare" with a nice balcony and a great view high above the gulf. The property is lovely, ample, tasty and varied breakfast items were included and great dinner menu. But the best was the charming, gracious staff. We were made to feel so welcome! Expensive, but worth it!"
