Experience urban living at its finest in this newly refurbished 2-bedroom flat centrally located in the heart of the town. The Flat has 1 Bedroom with ensuite. 2nd room is on a mezzanine level .
Designed and crafted to offer a contemporary oasis for those seeking comfort, convenience, and style. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base.
The stairs to the mezzanine are steep. Not suitable for small CHILDREN. We don’t have any facilities for children.
The Space:
The flat consists of open plan living and dining. There is a bedroom with a small double bed and a single bed and fold up bed on the mezzanine level.
The ensuite bathroom is for use of all guests in the flat.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in central Colwyn Bay with the access into the main road. Very close to all amenities.
Other Things to Note:
The flat is at the rear of the property so road noise should be minimal
