I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room was never cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing. Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again.
