Management was completely unprofessional! We asked for more towels, and there was a debate as though there was a towel shortage!! Also one of the bulbs needed to be changed and the manager seemed like it was a bother for her to come and attend to it. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Room was not ready at posted time of 3:00. I called 2 hours prior to arrival to give my ETA and was told room would be ready by 3:00. Tub was dirty, coating was peeled away, faucet rusted and pubic hairs on the wall along with a dried orange peel. Towel bar broken. Towels had black and brown stains.

No Elevator for Disabled Vet
We weren't expecting much, but it should have been made obvious that there wasn't an elevator. My husband is a disabled veteran who has trouble ambulating stairs and our room was on the second floor.
