The front desk caught wind of the fact it was my daughter's (6) birthday. Later that evening Chloe brought up a little gift bag with a card and some candy bars. Very cool extra step on their part. The staff here were the best. I unfortunately don't remember everyone's name, but they went above and beyond for us and we won't be staying anywhere else in the Columbus area.

Staff and service are by far the best of any chain I have stayed with. Consistent across the chain as well. Have been to four locations and all have been Excellent. It's the kind of place you will look for when making your travel plans and one I will travel a little further to stay at if an option.

This was our first time staying at a Drury Hotel after our friends stayed at another location and liked it. Once we checked in our room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned very well and then we found an open jar of sugar scrub and a Women’s hygiene douche in the shower!! We were completely disgusted, especially because we have a young child who touches and puts everything in his mouth. We went down and notified the front desk and the girl was very apologetic and nice she let us know someone would go up to our room and handle it. An hour later nothing was still taken care of so we left and went to dinner. At dinner we decided we were going to head back to the hotel and pack up our belongings and just head home because we were just so grossed out. When we notified the front desk, she was very sorry and explained they have had multiple issues with this house keeper and that the house keepers have access to use the showers. Which made us wonder how well the rooms even get clean if a house keeper is showering in the room instead of taking time to clean it. And again with a young child it’s very important to us that the room is clean. We are still waiting to hear back from the hotel on how this will be handed.

Staff and room was very nice however, we booked this room for the convenience of dinner/snacks/ drinks however the lobby was so crowded from 5-7 that we couldn’t even find the opportunity to get food or drink. The experience was quite unfortunate. We had to leave to get food and by the time we returned we couldn’t even get a fountain drink for the room because the staff was locking up the drinks.

They provide free breakfast free dinner and free drinks. the staff was amazing. atmosphere was great. the pool was good the hot tub was excellent. really enjoyed my stay.

Check in was super easy and quick. Any questions were answered clearly. Staff was genuinely friendly and kind both at check in and in the morning. Free dinner AND breakfast buffets were excellent. Adults 21 also had 3 free alcoholic drinks available if they wanted. Free soft drinks as well. Property was clean and well lit. Excellent location for close by shopping and professional sports teams just 15 minutes into downtown Columbus, OH.

The property is beautiful except we had a room facing the freeway and it was So loud. I recommend staying but ask for a room on the other side away from the freeway.

Everything was great, the bed was just kinda of uncomfortable. The website also said there were king beds available and when we got to the hotel we were informed that there weren’t any available. I also put in the notes that we were going to have two dogs with us so I wish we were able to be on the first floor but it was kind of a last minute booking so that wasn’t a big deal
