Front desk staff not too friendly or inviting! At. Heck in, the rep wasn’t pleasant at all. This was my 1st stay, I had to ask about all amenities and she didn’t want to speak or engage with me at all. At check out, that rep said she would email my receipt and wasn’t friendly at all either.

The water did not get hot at all. The bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning and updating. Love the fact that Houlihans was attached. Although they ran out of certain items. The breakfast was sub par!

I didn't like that the dining room closed early, and I ordered a salad and it tasted awful, it looked like left over food was put into my salad, cold corn, etc.

Mr. Roosevelt, I am sorry to hear about the food. That is not Marriott standards and I do apologize. Unfortunately our restaurant does close at 9:00 pm. If you are ever in the area again and choose t6 stay here please let me know so I can make this up to you.

We loved the hotel except the room next to us woke us up with screaming and loud music from 330 am til about 4 am. That was frustrating.

Love it. Everything was great staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are awesome. The only downside is the pool it needs some work but besides that I will be staying here again.

Property is an Cotten gin and the conversion was beautifully done. Great location to all the shops and restaurants. Could easily walk everywhere. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was so friendly and you definitely felt that southern hospitality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
