The property was clean and an easy drive to the venue I was attending. The only small things I noticed was the elevators were in need of repair, pieces were missing/ falling of the wall

The "breakfast plate" cost was astronomical for a pretty average hotel buffet breakfast. Apparently, there are coupons, but we didn't have any a needed to eat there quickly. Yikes. Really expensive. Also, they typically charge for parking, although they are apparently not charging for the next two months so we avoided that fee. But charging for parking? Weird. There's a TON of parking available at this place. I get that it's an airport hotel so a lot of folks might be using the shuttle, but charging your other guests to park is crazy. We travel to Columbus quite a bit, and it's the first time we stayed at this particular hotel. Not sure I would book again because of the extra costs/fees.

Don’t know where to begin, but 1st I was not aware of the $10 parking fee not sure why but there is a lot of available spaces. The room was older beds were old you can see the mattress sunken in the center meaning very soft. Bathroom had no ventilation…there is a vent by the shower head but it is so dirty and was afraid to get close because of black mold! Over night the A/C kicked on and stayed on so I went over to move the temperature up so it would not come on. In the fitness center the running treadmill was so dirty with other people sweat marks it’s all over the equipment. Wonder when was the last time someone wiped it down or cleaned it.

The staff lacked personable demeanor expected and experienced by other Marriotts.To be quite sincere, I felt unwelcomed. The location to the airport is an advantage. My room was located in a corner, and next door, the sounds of washers and dryers running all evening.

Clean space. Older hotel missing many of the 'nicities.' Kimberly at front desk is terrific! For a basic hotel. Very Good. I expected, assumed, more of that luxurious feel from a Marriot. No water offered in lobby. No coffee. Breakfast is not included, as advertised. Additional $23. The restaurant has limited hours. Wi-Fi is $7 a day. No USB ports. The fountain in lobby not running. This hotel felt like visiting an older, prim aunt. Showing her age, but beautiful older lady, reflective of days gone by. I would stay again.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Clean but hotel rooms are outdated; our cable line was defective on the TV and we didn’t have a microwave. Hotel is a bit outdated. Elevators noisy and take a long time. The lobby is beautiful though, they have a fitness room but no pool. I'm pretty sure when I booked I seen breakfast was suppose to be included, but was told no on check in. They charge $10 a night for parking which should be included, there's other options in the area. Next time, I'll go somewhere else. Staff was helpful though when I needed them

Nice hotel, very clean. Couple of aggravating things with this stay. Nobody at the front desk when I tried to check in. Had to call and have someone come out to check me in and give me the key. Ice machine on 4th floor didn’t work. And the power cord for the tv in my room was unplugged. Otherwise, good place to stay. Quiet, clean and very close to the airport.
