Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a country-style cabin for 8 and an RV for 8 as well , sleeps > 16 guests ! She-shed with jacuzzi/ spa for 5 . Eclectic stuff surrounding it! Plus UTV and mini tractor!

12 miles north of La Grange; 90 minutes away from Houston, Austin, or San Antonio. 25 minutes away from Round Top Antique Show. Close enough to the city, yet private and peaceful. Enjoy a slice of country life & nature!

THE SPACE
A small rustic cabin in the woods on an 20 acres of TX pine forest woods &an RV / trailer for extra guests. Whether it’s a fam. getaway, the MS 150 race, or the antique show, you'll be amazed at the trees & tranquility! Unplug &disconnect. Peace &quiet &nature awaits you !

As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted with a country-style rustic cabin. 2 BR &a loft with 2 separate BR, fully equipped kitchen, &travel trailer (RV) for extra guests ( total of 4 BR / 8 beds / 3 full bath - fit > 16 guests ! Plus extra sofa bed & floor mattresses available if needed ). Everything included, just bring food !

Our paradise offers a 2-level deck with a boat ramp over a stocked pond, a treehouse, and a swing/play place with a life-size 8-foot-long Sinclair green dinosaur for the little ones to enjoy.

In addition, you can show off your skills at the basketball court &strike a bullseye with the bow & arrow set / dart game . Plus billiard/pool table.

For nature lovers, a hiking trail lined with antiques and other surprises winds around the property.

At night our guests will enjoy stargazing over the campfire.
When you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy your coffee while sitting on the front porch /back porch watching the wildlife.

ANGELTOM 2 : You are welcome to explore the Angeltom 2 , you will see African safari animals , Alvin and the chipmunks, different life size statues , whimsical stuff , etc . 2nd stock pond with bass and bream over there ! Nipa hut/ picnic area. You can use the mini tractor under the cabin or the 4 sitter Kawasaki UTV beside the cabin to explore the 20 acres !!!

Our cleaners strive to identify & address these issues, including any cobwebs, but sometimes they can be missed. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay amidst nature's beauty.

CLEANING PROCESS:
Here at ATC, we want you to know that we atATC are as concerned as you are about keeping our space clean! We follow five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Feel free to use the RV, mini tractor, 4 sitter Yamaha UTV, boat/ canoe , she- shed / spa / jacuzzi, , jukebox, treehouse, and pond deck etc !Explore the hiking trails and experience nature in person.
ANGELTOM CABIN HOUSE RULES:
•Respect property & keep facility clean.
•No smoking. (Complimentary bottled water& house sandals provided).
•Fill out checklist and inventory w/in 2 hours of arrival; text/email a copy to Angelina.
•Sign rental agreement if necessary.
•> 6 guests , extra $ 15 / day charge .
•Property and equipments must be left to original condition the same way when you arrive .
•AGT has the right to charge for any damages incurred by guest’s during their stay.
•No open flames except for designated area( camp fire pit and fire place).
•Life vest required for boating especially non swimmer ( provided) .
•No firearm discharged allowed in the property .
•Use of amenities such as UTV, mini tractor, boat, jacuzzi/spa, etc. is for adult only and/or with adult supervision all the time, and use at your own risk/discretion !
