This is a very trendy hotel. The main floor lobby area is amazing! You need to see the pictures on their website. We had a beautiful corner room on the 7th floor with great views of downtown. The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

Hyatt House Columbus OSU / Short North
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was better than expected, and the staff was very nice. They greet you with a smile, and are friendly in a way that makes you feel welcome, almost like you’re staying with friends
