Everyone that I dealt with at the hotel was wonderful. Some of the furniture in the room seemed older and a little worn/dirty looking but otherwise the hotel and room was very clean.

We stayed 3 nights on the start of the 3rd night we noticed house keeping hadnt been in. We had no clean towels, or wash clothes. There was a female accident and that morning we called the front office telling them what happened and what we needed to do. They said removed the sheets house keeping would be in. We got in late about midnight had to call front desk for sheets had to make the bed ourself ask for the bath towels, wash clothes AND toilet paper. They offered to move us to another room but we had too much stuff to pack and move just to be leaving at 7am. Other than that issue we loved the hotel and staff the first two nights. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the pool, and absolutely love the lake and walk way. Was convenient with the surrounding restaurants, we utilized 2 out of 3 on one of the nights which was nice

We stayed here as a stopover, and it was perfect. The reception staff were helpful, the pool was clean with well maintained loungers. Locally there was a good selection of nice restaurants and shops. Breakfast was slightly better than the standard usually offered in similar hotels but seating was at a shortage. Fruit was readily available for snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

I expect better from Hampton Inn. Have always had a good experience in the past but not this time. The rooms need work - fresh carpet, removal of dirty upholstered chair and ottoman, and how about washing the windows now and then?

This property is in an excellent location, easy to access off of interstate. The employees are friendly and efficient. But, the rooms are in desperate need of an update. The carpets are black with neon yellow squiggly stripes. Looks like cheap carpet from a tacky arcade. Yes, I know that choice is to hide the dinginess and dirt, but it doesn't. The one upholstered chair was absolutely filthy. We did not even consider using that chair.

Positive experience.
Stayed 2 nights for business. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room and hotel were very clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled On the 2nd evening the room next to mine had a barking dog, they moved me right away to a bigger and nicer room. I'm a runner and the lake / walking trail behind the hotel was an added bonus.
