TERRIBLE, AWFUL, A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. HAD CONFIRMATION # ITERNARY # ETC FROM EXPEDIA BUT HOTEL STATED" WE HAVE NO ROOM FOR YOU, WE DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH EXPEDIA" MY HUSBAND & I ALONG WITH ANOTHER COUPLE HAD BOOKED ROOM FOR 3 NIGHTS TO ATTEND MULE DAYS AT COLUMBIA, TN. THIS HOTEL DID SAY THAT THEY "MIGHT" FIND US A ROOM BUT IT WOULD BE DOUBLE THE COST OF WHAT WE WERE QUOTED BY EXPEDIA. THIS RUINED OUR TRIP TO SAY THE LEAST. I MADE THE RESERVATIONS IN JAN 2015.

Anniversary trip

The hotel did not have my reservation. No vacancy, but had an extra room. Remodeling , needed a lot of repair. Not a desirable location. No recommendation.

RUN FOR THE HILLS

Expedia did a terrible job in locking in the room (that's the plus side). The clerk in the front office was not there when we showed up and the whole place was locked (did I mention it was cold and raining). The whole place reeked of smoke and my wife came running back from th eroom after inspecting it...enough said. DON'T waste your time with this place.

Being remodeled it has lots of potential

Motel is very run down but just changed ownership.Currently being remodeled.Bedding was clean but bed needs replacing.Cosmetics need a major face lift but overall the room was clean. Had a microwave and full size fridge but no plug for the microwave :-) Nice hot heater and plenty of hot water. For the price I would stay again

I'll never get a room from them Tod them I wanted a single bed room and they put mein a double room looked more like apartments on outside stairs are falling apart roof needs fixed overall it looked terrible

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

I booked this hotel about 4 months in advance. I booked it because it was cheap and close to the event that I was going for. When I got there, the building that was in the picture online looked abandoned but there was a building behind it that was open. I went in and tried checking in but they said they didn't have my reservation. They then told me that it's under new management and the old management double booked everything so they didn't have a room for me. I drove from Connecticut and told them I had to have a room so they gave me one. They didn't have my full payment that I did through an online booking site so that was a whole hour ordeal. The room had stains on the ceiling, the siding on the bottom of the walls were falling off, and the tub was filthy. Upon further inspection we noticed that only one plug worked (which was in the bathroom) the tv worked only sometimes, only one light worked, there were exposed wires near the air conditioner, the smoke alarm wasn't on the ceiling it was just sitting on a table, the bed/pillows were awful and on the last day we found a cockroach in the shower. The next day I tried getting into my room but the key didn't work. I went to the lobby and they said that the information the booking site gave them was wrong so try checked me out (which now I'm thinking that they just took the information down wrong because I've never had a problem with the booking site). I had to call the site and resolve that problem so I could get back into the room. At that point the guy tells me that they cleaned the room and took everything out of the room which had all my clothes and everything else. After talking to the guy at the lobby several times trying to get him to find out where my stuff was because I had no clothes at all he finally was able to track it down. So after all of that, and finding a cockroach in the shower the morning we were leaving, I realize that the money that was in my shorts ($17, not much money but still) my friends gaming console, and a keychain was taken when they cleaned out the room. I didn't realize this until I was home otherwise I would have demanded everything back. Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in I don't know how they're in business.

No one was staffed to the office when i went to check out at 8 am on sunday morning. not sure when the staff left but no one returned untill 10 or 11 am that morning. the bath room was not very well cleaned

Dirty Hotel

This hotel has new owners and it is now called Extend a Suites. The beds have bed bugs and if you lift up the mattress pad cover you will see how dirty and stain the mattress are, they have not remodeled any thing they just covered things up, the carpet is very dirty and there is mold even in their suites.

OH MY!!!!!

We stayed here 10/8/10 - 10/11/10, and were not impressed at all. The first morning we took showers in each others dirty water - maintenance was not there yet, and they would not let us use a plunger. The sink had no drain plug. The tile was yellow and the walls painted PINK!! Continental breakfast consisted of next to nothing, the last morning literally nothing. We were very disappointed, and will never stay here again.

When we made reservations, the motel was not told we had 2 dogs with us, necessitating a move. The Motel had recently been flooded and cleanup was in progress. Our next room was an upgrade to a suite with Jucuzzi, clean, but dated. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and did all they could to make our stay a positive one. Remodeling under way in some parts of motel so expect next visit to be more updated. Very nice breakfast. The outdoor pool was empty and closed. In fairness, there are new owners working hard to bring this motel up to standard. Computer and internet available for guests in office lounge area. We would stay there again.

They were extremely nice to us. We had driven all night, and asked to check in early. They had the maids clean our room as soon as it was available and we were able to check in and get some sleep. Some jets on the hot tub did not work, but the room was great and the staff was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

A little scary

My room was on the backside of the hotel. It is rundown and nasty. Trash was all over the ground, I was not impressed. The people beside started fighting; LOUD. Inside and out; alot of activity at night, so I requested to be moved to the front. That room was nicer, but no iron or hairdryer. The room had a jacuzzi tub which was nice.But, I was actually affraid to stay there alone; so I will not being staying there in the future.

Hotel was very close to eating places like Waffle house and fast food places. Also had a convention center.

I had a broken ankle but had not requested any special accomodations. The clerk immediately saw that I could not walk up stairs to the room we were suppose to get. She made arrangements for us to have a downstairs room. Everyone was extremely friendly. We have to make frequent trips to Nashville and will probably stay here and make the drive in.

The king size bed had a hump in the middle of it and the pillows were lumpy. Otherwise, everything was fine. The wireless internet was only in the lobby of the hotel, not in the rooms.

People were nice, but room was not what was expected....

We like using hotels.com because we are able to pick hotels with the amenities we need. However, this hotel needs to be reviewed again. The hotel states that they have a pool, breakfast, wireless, and jetted tub in the King room. Unfortunately, this is not correct. The pool was empty and had been for some time as there were plants growning in it. The wireless is only available in the lobby, which closes at 9 p.m. ever night, therefore this is not a hotel you can work at. We got there and they didn't know which room (yes only one room) had a jetted tub. The staff was nice when we told them that we had reserved a room with a jetted tub and decided to put us in a jacuzzi room instead. The jacuzzi jets were not adjustable and barely moved the water. However, I will say, the hotel had very hot water. As for the breakfast, I don't consider your choice of 2 cereals breakfast. Typically even a continental breakfast has several cereal choice, a muffin or bagel selection and sometimes a piece of fruit. We stayed for 4 days and the cereal choice never changed and no other options were made available.

my stay

my over all stay was pretty good my husband and i just wanted a get away for some r and r and to be able to do a little catching up on the on lap top so we looked for a hotel with free wi-fi so after we got settled in the room we got out the trusted on lap top to do some work and we could not get on the internet so i called the lobby they said that our room was to far from lobby that if we wanted the wi fi we would have to move to a closer room but we had already settled in this one so we just said no and gave up on the extra work that we did not get to do, i just think if they advertize free wi-fi it should be in every room but other than that our stay was pretty good

There were only a few good things. he TV, the microwave, the refrigerator, the dry cereal and juice. They blocked my incoming phone calls without telling me. The sheets were stained and the housekeeeping was non existent. There were no face cloths.

Just another worn out motel

Flashback to the 1970's. Looks like the bulk of the renovation money was spent on the lobby. The room came with a quarter roll of toilet paper, one towel, and a hit and miss air conditioner. On checking out, I was given a receipt with nothing but zeros on it. I didn't notice that without my glasses on. I have twice requested a receipt that I can actually submit with my expense report but have been totally ignored on the matter.
