Terrible service, that includes reception and dining staff. You have to ask for hair dryer, blankets, toiletries etc. at reception desk. Complementary coffee served from 5-6:30am, is this a joke? Paid parking ($12 per day) when parking is free all over Waterton. Our bathroom smelled so bad I had to spray perfume to be able to stand it. We expected a lot better from such a beautiful historical hotel and are truly disappointed. It was my husband’s birthday weekend and was ruined. We stayed for 3 nights and ate dinner at the dining room and also had afternoon tea. Service disappointed us so much that despite planning to eat all our meals at the hotel we didn’t want to spend more money there, instead deciding to use our $1000 food budget in town. Will never come back here and make sure to tell everyone we know to avoid this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Having the trundle bed was awesome with kids it allowed for a lot more space in the room. Bed was not the most comfortable but not terrible. We would stay here again. Very fairly priced during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and West Glacier and was a great launching point for all our activities in the area. There are grocery stores nearby and coffee, tea and a microwave are available so we were able to save money by not having to eat out every day. The staff was warm and helpful. Highly recommended!

New like conditions. Nice rooms and beds. Parking is around back and no entrance on that side. Not a huge deal but the drive through front area is pretty small. Unless you’re driving a compact it’s a pain to park and drag bags all the way around the building.
