Boasting bright south facing windows, cozy living room with Futon sleeper and master bedroom with Queen bed, full size kitchen, laundry, full bathroom with shower and tub. Pet friendly property with a great community patio for bbq and relaxing. Urban location with lots of activity.

Cozy Apartment

This is a well-appointed, cozy apartment. Everything you need has been provided. We liked the eclectic style of decorating. The owner also made our dog feel welcome. If the need arises, we will stay here again.

Quaint place near downtown

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The checkin process was super easy and the place was very clean. This property was in a very walkable location and close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family.

Awesome Place!!!!

Felt comfortable and very homey. Kitchen was well equipped and the entire place so clean. Bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The next time we are near Colorado Springs we are staying here. :)

Great place to stay

Recommend a spot for anyone going to Colorado Springs. Is Luis couple blocks from downtown? The place is cozy. The bed was a little hard for me and my wife for our taste but still comfortable. We will stay here again. The next time we come through :-)

Fantastic accommodations!

Property was clean, unique, and located within minutes of restaurants, shopping, or sightseeing. Easy access in and out and the convenience of check in was so nice. Chris was so responsive and we enjoyed being in such a safe and comfortable apartment. Everything you need at home was available to us. Just a great experience and a welcome respite at the end of a long day in Colorado Springs.

This cozy house worked well for us. I dropped my kids off at the campus every day. Very nice drive down N Nevada. Then I set up my office at the house. We did all our cooking there and the kitchen worked great.

Good stay

One Bedroom space was as presented on the listing images. Really nice kitchen with Gas Stove. The notes provided by the Host were accurate for gaining access to the unit as well as logging into Wifi. As such, there was no need to communicate with the Host The Street Parking was unexpected and wasn't noted as such on the listing. Given the season of the year and having a Rental Car, visitors will want to be careful as Ice and Snow may present and accumulate during a stay, as was the case during my visit. I am curious if the exercise equipment and free weights on the Front Porch are available for use by Guest? Being an athlete competing in triathlons, is the reason for the question. Overall, I would book here again.

This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The space was very cozy and comfortable, and the apartment had good security and felt quite safe to us. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is close to lots of good stuff. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch! We would happily stay here again in the future.

Quick trip to CO Springs for Memorial Day weekend. Dog friendly and in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Property Manager was easy to communicate with.

Great place. Cute inside and all the amenities you could ask for. I appreciate a Keurig Coffee maker!! I would stay here again. I am not a fan of parking in the street so we parked int he Dominos lot. Otherwise if you park in the street you are taking up a lane of traffic that is coming over a hill.

Boulder Stay

Great location, two blocks from Tejon street so we could walk to Sunday brunch. Kitchen was well outfitted and the porch had two nice cushioned rockers where I sat with my coffee n the morning. We will book again. Great for our small dog with an outdoor pet area and she could wander in the fenced in porch area.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This little apartment is cute and well furnished. The location was perfect, we were able to easily walk to downtown and getting out to the places we wanted to see wasn’t a whole journey in itself, which is always a bonus. The host was quick to answer a couple of questions we had right after booking, and his contact information was available in the apartment in the event we had any issues.

We were very uncomfortable with location (people doing drugs around the corner from the Apt) in Domino's parking lot. We felt the need to sleep in our clothes and listen for car alarm all night. I tried to open a window in main bedroom as was hot and stuffy and the barking dog outside kept my dog up all night (made it hard for me to sleep). The bedding in the main bedroom was itchy and when we tried to use a blue blanket on the futon the blanket in the closet was wet. The pillows in the living room smelt of human sweat. We left earlier in the am than planned because we were so uncomfortable. I also had to reach out a number of times to the owner to get the access code. We love Colorado Springs and have been there a number of times but would never stay here again. So sad to have had this experience. Joani
