I use the lower level and garage for my personal storage so no guests are allowed in these spaces. Guest access Guests will have access to the two upper floors of the house. The lower level is used for storage and is locked away from the rental space. Other things to note There will be a 1000 gallon weekly water limit. This house is on a cistern and water must be delivered by trucking it in to the tank.
The ceiling fan and dish washer do not work.
I do have WIFI and ROKU tv.
No laundry due to water restrictions
Dishes must be washed by hand.
No outdoor burning of any kind.
I will need to shovel deck and driveway during snowy weather.
There is no taxi or UBER service in our county.
