We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts reached out and asked if we needed anything and made sure we were good. Garden of the Gods was in close proximity which was ideal and we also liked going to Red Leg and Ivywild. Great location and place overall!
Very clean condo about a mile from the shopping and area. Convenient to several of the popular sightseeing attractions. Great communication with the host.
Overall very satisfied with my stay. The space felt welcoming and safe. The pillows could be slightly better but the rooms were comfortable outside of that. It was a great space to hang out with old college friends and catch up.

Excellent Manitou condo
The condo is lovely and had everything we needed! It is in a great location. It was perfect for our family with the kid friendly downstairs area and the bedrooms upstairs and 3 TVs. It’s very comfortable and has a nice outdoor patio and deck to relax. I definitely recommend this condo and would return happily.
Property shows a bit of wear, but is comfortable and has everything you might need. The area is quiet and yet still walkable to downtown Manitou and a short drive to everything worse in the area.
This place was clean, conveniently located, and the owners thought of everything. 5 stars.
Only complaint the patio furniture needed rinsed off so we could of used it.

Very comfortable with easy access to downtown Manitou
We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any issues with any function of the condo. The separation of the two upstairs bedrooms and lower room was nice.I would recommend a stay here anytime.
We had a wonderful time in Manitou Springs. The condo was everything advertised. Loved the three levels. So much room and plenty of privacy when you wanted it. Great location with quick access everywhere. The pictures are true to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day.
5-10 minutes to so many area attractions. Close to main downtown area that has so much character. Host and cleaners made themselves known to be available though I never needed to contact them about anything. Condo was clean and in good repair. Might suggest new mattresses soon however would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
The property had just what we needed. Space enough for all of us and everything we needed. Easy access to Manitou, Cog Railway, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods. Thank you for checking in with us to make sure we had what we needed!

This home offered us easy and convenient access to the wedding venue at Craftwood Peak, the main reason we were in town. Plus we visited Manitou downtown and enjoy their wonderful restaurants. Then there were the activities in Manitou, like - Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellers - which we enjoyed and Manitou offers even more we just couldn't get to them all. We were a family of 7 in all and this house and all the amenities, we needed to keep everyone happy & safe. Would recommend it to other families.
great location and clean. bed in master was comfortable. bunk bed downstairs needs adjusting, noisy. the only reason i gave this property 3 stars is because of EVOLVE PROPERTY MANAGENT who tried to price guage me for almost $800 FOR ONE NIGHT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO ADD ONE NIGHT TO MY RESERVATION so we had to find another place for that night. SHAME ON THEM!!
We were there for four nights, and the place is a solid option for drivable convenience to all the things. Most people probably would not consider it walkable and there aren’t really any nice views of the stunning surroundings. The only other thing that might bother people that are used to the quiet is that the highway noise is quite prevalent. The beds were fairly comfortable, and everything seemed clean, except for a couple of dishes (which I’m sure renters put back and the cleaner never even saw) And the upstairs deck area, which we used extensively, did not seem like it had been cleaned very recently. Although, in fairness, pollen and sticks are falling almost constantly, so it might be impossible to keep that space clean. We had communication prior to our arrival from manager, who was also immediately helpful when we couldn’t figure out which helix entry we were supposed to be using. We also had a check in from the owners about a day into our stay and we appreciated the communication. We were two girlfriends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom, but I think it would be awkward if it were two couples. The other full bathroom is clear in the basement, although there is a powder room on the main floor as well. Just something to consider certainly not a dealbreaker. There’s really no outdoor space for children so although the unit is set up with bunkbeds and extra sleeping in the basement, you would not be able to let littles run around much. Overall, a very decent choice.
This house is in a very nice area and only a couple of blocks from a park and river-walk path. It is central to many interesting areas including the Garden of the Gods and the Red Rock Canyon Open Space. We loved the amenities at the house including the fire place. We would stay here again, and definitely would recommend this house to others planning a trip to Manitou Springs
