"On first stay in April, we had a large room with small table and 2 chairs. This time we had no chairs and a crampes room filled with king size bed, very small bathroom. A bit disappointed!"

"Room was great but not hot water in the bathroom report we stay for 3. Night and the staff in the reception was rude and not help us need better training hotel is beautifully sad bad management. This is my 3 time staying here but this last experience; will make me never come back to this hotel very sad"

"Pros: Location next to the main park, on-site secure parking, nice big pool to cool off in during hot days, strong AC, in-room fridge, friendly staff. Cons: Location is also a con; can get very busy with constant tour buses, daily fireworks by the church, lots of road noise if you're on the east side of the building with a balcony facing the park, ceiling fan that only has two settings: Off or mach speed, tepid shower water.
