Extremely helpful staff. Helped me with all my requests and were wonderful. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Loved our room. The bar up on the rooftop is awesome.

Marino Beach Colombo
This is still a great hotel; however, the last two times I have stayed there, I have had trouble getting into my room before 3pm. Also, the halls outside the rooms are now reeking of cigarette smoke. I can no longer give this hotel five stars, unfortunately.
