5/5 Excellent
"Location is perfect: right on 70th Street in the heart of Laureles. The hotel itself is clean but can use some touchups here and there. Small things, like, the bathroom sink didn't have hot water (faucet turned but no water); the sink let water down very slowly.
The free breakfast is officially from 6 to 9 am but every employee will tell you a different time. Check in said 6 to 8; maid said 6 to 830. The elevator said 6 to 9.
During peak times the elevator has a long line. Pro tip: there's a 3rd somewhat hidden elevator that's usually empty.
Check in and check out took a long time as it's a big hotel and only 2-3 people working the front desk.
Security is tight. There's a guard at the elevator entrace 24/7.
The hotel is situated on the famouse La 70 St. So even if you have a high floor room you will hear music all night up to 4 am. (I turned on white noise on my cell phone so i could sleep)."
