The property doesn’t look great from the outside but the rooms are very well decorated. The rooms were pretty clean although the first room given smelled of smoke. This was due to the customer before us rather than the owner. As soon as they were aware they came to us and gave us a new room which was great. The surround area could do with some work but it didn’t interfere with our stay. We did have a problem getting a taxi as they didn’t seem willing to come out to us which meant I had to drive for dinner and couldn’t make a night of it.

We had someone getting in our room one night as he did receive our door code for his access. Had to call as there is nobody on site at that location to report the situation and get our code access code change. Access system is very hard to operate and we did need few trial to get sucess. How ever we get satisfaction from staff reach over the phone for support. The access code receive by mail was not complete at the begining and instructions were in German only. Except this we did like the place.

Were sorry you had trouble with the Door-system! The Codes will be send out via SMS at your estimated checkin time. Which is sometimes confusing because Expedia sends akut a booking conformation code - which of course not the code to enter the hotel. Our staff is available 24/7 and can help you with your next stay! kind regards

Access to a kettle or kitchen/refrigerator would bump this stay up a lot. A long, flat walk to most services like café and pub.

Great stay
Accommodation was a little out of town but handy if you have a vehicle with plenty of parking. Host was very nice. Room was very spacious, modern & clean. Would recommend staying here.

2 Night Stay- Dreamhouse
The gentleman at reception was pleasant and very welcoming. The main issue I had was the sheer noise on a night and I hardly slept. This hotel is in an industrious area and there is a lot of night time noise from nearby businesses, noise from passing traffic on the adjacent road but also on the 2nd night I was woken by a group of very loud, drunk people who kept me a awake a good hour. The hotel is not your typical hotel and the rooms are a little lifeless, from the outside it looks very tired. One major thing needed is an iron and ironing board in each room. I was provided with a good iron from reception but the ironing board is a very small travel board that wasn't adequate enough for business travel needs. You do need a car if staying here as it is very far from everywhere and I would suggest paying a little more and staying in the centre of Cologne where everything is in walking distance. It takes around 35-40 minutes drive from Cologne to this hotel.

Nice property that can accommodate 4 people to a room... 15 minutes to downtown & a short drive to Aldi, Edeka, Lidl & Burger King... Very strict on 9pm check-in policy; make sure you arrive by 9pm or will be unable to check-in... Luckily a friend arrived prior to us & was able to pick up our room keys

Muy contentos con el alojamiento. Importante una vez hecha la reserva, hay que contactar con ellos por teléfono, sino no te van a mandar el código para entrar a la habitación y no hay recepción. Por el resto muy limpio, tranquilo, y perfecto para dejar el coche en el parking justo delante del edificio.

Die unterkunft war auf den ersten Blick top, mit sauberem Bad (welches Shampoo, Handtücher, etc. beinhaltete), ordentlicher Küche und eigentlich auch schönen Betten. Nur auf die Coach haben wir uns nicht drauf getraut😐 das war eine rote Coach mit ganz vielen weißen Flecken drauf, deswegen lieber mal Abstand nehmen… und zum Personal kann ich nicht wirklich was sagen, weil niemand vor Ort war, sie uns den Code geschickt haben, der aber irgendwie falsch war und wir dann einen neuen gebraucht haben. Dort haben wir sie dann telefonisch kontaktiert und sie haben uns direkt ausgeholfen, war also in allem recht gut👍

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Der Check-in lief ohne Probleme. Bei Gelegenheit greifen wir auf jeden Fall, auf das Hotel zurück.

Prima voor 1 a 2 nachten. Langer verblijf zouden wij niet aanraden. Wij hadden een zeer ruime schone 4 pers.kamer. Makkelijk inchecken. Geen voorzieningen(restaurant / bar) in het hotel. Accommodatie ligt op een industrieterrein. Dit is wat mistroostig. Bakker (ontbijt) en supermarkt op ongeveer 2 km van accommodatie. Restaurants op ca 6-8 km.

Zimmer und Dusche waren top. Service gab es keinen, weder bei check in, noch beim check out. Fernseher war nicht eingestellt, was für eine Übernachtung kein Problem war.

Gehen auf Wünsche ein, top Service
Wir hatten der Unterkunft vorher mitgeteilt, dass wir mit einem Baby kommen und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir haben ein tolles Zimmer bekommen! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen, gerne wieder! Nach Köln ist es auch nicht weit. :)

War positiv überrascht, etwas kuriose Lage, da mitten im Industriegebiet gelegen, jedoch alles in Allem eine super Unterkunft. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Check in und Aufenthalt verliefen problemlos und ohne Beschwerden.
