Really kind a courteous staff. Room was clean and the bathroom was way bigger and fancier than expected. Huge recommendation!

Our first impression was awful as we spent 45 minutes convincing the receptionist we actually had a booking, even getting hotels.com involved. When she finally gave us our room it was the wrong one and there was no apology, just the impression we were imposing on her. In fact, all staff I encountered were rude and suspicious. The room was ok, though 2 single beds put together to make a double and very dated furniture. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is situated in a cute little city in Cologne. It is situated right next to a coffee shop that opens early and has delicious coffee, gelato, sandwiches and pastries! You can also take a beautiful walk and be near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, stores, etc. Highly recommend this place!

Great staff!
Rooms may differ but we had a large brand new bathroom in ours. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing, very family like, staff is very helpful. Rooms are super clean but maybe a bit old fashioned. Bathrooms are newly renovated though.

Cozy and Quiet
Loved that they put gummy bears on the pillows at night. Cute hotel that is super comfortable clean and quiet. A bit of a trek to the city center close to 45min walk. Not a ton of close by shops and restaurants. We walked around so we got to see a lot of Cologne.

Convenient to U-Bahn and well run family hotel
U-Bahn is less than 5 minutes walk giving direct access to city centre and the Messe. Family run hotel with very helpful staff and owner. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, calm hotel in Ehrenfeld
The hotel is in a quiet residential area. Restaurants are a short walk away and public transport is close. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Hotel Imperial is a friendly smaller hotel in a quieter neighborhood that has excellent service and pleasant workers. The neighborhood is a little run down though.

Excellent find in Ehrenfeld
We stayed at Hotel Imperial our last night in Koln. It was a lovely way to end our vacation in Germany. The beds are comfortable and staff was very welcoming upon arrival. It was very hot outside the day we checked in and we were greeted with a cool glass of water while we checked in. We had to leave prior to the breakfast buffet but I imagine it is delicious. This hotel is air conditioned which was a welcome surprise!

Comfortable hotel
I was only there for a very short period of time but the location is fine and the rooms comfortable and the hotel generally has a good atmosphere. Price at the time I was there was a little on the high side but it seemed that the city was generally busy. Good parking opportunities outside the hotel.

Die ruhige Lage in Köln sticht heraus. Der Service ist sehr gut und vor allem Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad war für große Menschen etwas klein
