Quiet apartment with parking and garden

At 10 minutes on foot of the city center of Colmar, our holiday apartment is nested right in the heart of the old market gardener district. A real haven of peace and of greenery! Labeled 3 Gîte de France ears, it is entirely renovated. Comfortable, cordial and luminous, it is located on the 2nd floor of our house, an authentic Alsatian dwelling. You will feel as in a cocoon and will have there a pretty 360°view on Colmar and the Vosges
Our cottage has a 60m square area and allows to welcome 4 people. It understands a lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilets. Sheets and towels are included in the price. Beds are made upon your arrival. minimum rental for 2 nights

Its a little house divided into apartments. Very nice apartment and quiet area indeed. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that we would recommend is that they get a second portable AC so both rooms can have fresh air during the hot summer.

Lovely Apartment - But
Super nice apartment with lovely hosts Fully equipped to self cater and wonderfully clean. 15 minute brisk walk to Colmar Centre which was OK for us Two improvements we think are required 1. Water pressure for shower upstairs in Apartment was woeful 2. The internet was not good, bad signal, trouble connecting and it would stop out a lot For us travelling from Australia and wanting to stay in touch with family was really hard and I think the apartment needs it’s own modem Apart from these two issues it is a very nice apartment

Nice place nice people
This was a fantastic place to stay in order to visit the Alsace area. The family was very friendly, and the proximity to the city was fabulous. The home was very clean and perfect for our young family of 5. Recommend to anyone wanting to visit Colmar!

Awesome apartment,
nice to have separate rooms to give some space when travelling with a small group. Apartment was immaculate, just as described. Nice to have a place to park a car and not fight with parking. Definitely able to walk to the older areas and enjoy all that there was to see in Colmar. Owner was very helpful and provided assistance with reservations one night. Would recommend this location and would stay again.

Very cozy!
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was December, and so nice and cozy. Nadia was a wonderful host and even treated us to a bottle of local wine and a homemade cake that was also a local speciality. Such a great welcome! It was about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Colmar with free and easy street parking right in front.
