The Langford House was fully renovated in 2021. This 4 bed/2 bath, 2400 sqft ranch style home, features a game room, great backyard and a covered patio! Perfect for game day weekends, graduations, families, and large groups alike.

Close to Kyle Field, (6 min drive) Texas A&M University, North Gate, and the airport. We are centrally located for all events in the Brazos Valley.

Note: Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply.

Perfect Graduation Week
The Langford House was perfect for our family to celebrate graduation. We stayed there with both sets of grandparents of our graduate. The property was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to have family dinners at the house and didn’t have to worry about reservations for a large group in town. Carlos was very helpful answering all our questions before the stay and checked in with us during our stay. Maribel made sure check in went smoothly and answered our questions promptly. We will definitely book this property again. We have another graduate in a few years.

Perfect Family Place
This place is wonderful for a family get away, a girls trip, or parents weekend at Texas A&M. It is so convenient, perfectly furnished, and absolutely beautiful home! We loved staying here and as a swim family there was plenty of room for our club team to come eat. The pictures do not do the property justice! The amenities are top notch and the host is very responsive!! We will definitely be back again!!! Don’t waste money on a hotel STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Best BNB in the Brazos!
My stay here at Langford House was nothing short of amazing! This house is extremely clean and well kept. I absolutely loved the layout and setup of everything! This house is so cozy and spacious with modern appliances, fixtures, and lighting. The beds and mattresses were so comfortable - we slept like babies! Upon arrival we were greeted with a handwritten thank you note and some other awesome goodies. It was hard to leave upon departure! 100/10 we will be back!

Perfect home in CSTAT.
Great property in College Station, close to A&M campus and shopping. Remodel and interior are perfect with comfortable seating throughout, well stocked kitchen and big screen TV viewing area. Outside covered patio perfect for grilling, dinning and watching sporting events.. Everyone loved the house and the set up.. Will absolutely look to use this CSTX property again.

Beautiful property and close to Kyle Field. Our family loved our stay in this lovely home. Check in was seamless. Very clean and beautiful decor. The huge TV and couch in the den were perfect for us to watch football after the ACU/TAMU game. Highly recommend!

Great family college visit!
We loved this home! It was perfect for visiting our college student. The home is in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. We loved how beautifully the home was decorated and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. The communication to checkin was very easy. Great weekend! We will definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay! The house was very clean, cozy, and plenty of space. Maribel and the owner were very easy to communicate with and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house was conveniently located close to downtown, the stadium, and grocery stores. Definitely recommend!

Game weekend
This house was perfect for our group of 6, in town to watch a football game and visit our Aggie. The house is very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The decor is very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and game room. The owner and property manager were very easy to reach for check in and for any other reason. We would love to stay here again in the future.
