"The room was beautiful and spacious. The check in was easy, lady was very curtious and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. "

"Decided to take the kids swimming last minute. Was able to get a room on the spot. I thought they had conjoining rooms so i got two. But they said nothing is conjoined. Without hesitation canceled the one leaving the one room. Expedia worked well with them as well. Rooms have literally everything you need. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Only complaint is that the pool closed at 10. Oh!! They also let me checkout late. Maybe a little deep cleaning in common areaa"

"Arrived to a sign that pool/hot tub closed for maintenance. Asked if it would be open for our second night and front desk said she didn’t know. We later saw pool area and it was clearly closed long term as there was shrink wrap over things, I don’t like being lied to. We chose this hotel so the kids could swim. Also, the phones in room were down so I had to walk down to front desk to ask about the thermostat in the room. Breakfast was lack luster too, cold food and uninviting"

"Always courteous, friendly, & smiling staff. Clean room, beds, & air. Greatly appreciated the very early check in, late check out, courtesy wake up call, & mini-fridge. Courtesy water dispenser at the hallway lobby tasted like city tap water with a chlorine or chemical smell & taste. But the bottled water jug dispenser in the gym tasted clean & good. The toilet flush was very weak and we were concerned it may get clogged at each flush. Was very cautious & fortunate it did not clog."
