"Rooms decent. Property itself bad. Cool, elevator, vending machines all out of order. If you just want to bed to stay in, this is a great cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway"

"As soon as you enter the building, there is an overwhelming sewer smell. The man at the desk was not at all friendly. I am used to staying at the cheapest motels I can find and don't expect much, but the smell was hard to endure."
