The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.



Step outside onto the sun-drenched deck, surrounded by native bushland and the peaceful sounds of birdsong. Spend your evenings soaking in the outdoor hot tub beneath Tasmania’s spectacular night sky, or cosy up around the fire pit, available from May to September.



With beautiful Sandpiper Beach within walking distance, enjoy leisurely strolls along the sand. The nearby golf club is just five minutes away, while Coles Bay village, cafés, restaurants featuring seasonal produce and the spectacular Freycinet National Park are all within a ten-minute drive.



Birdsong is also pet friendly, making it ideal for couples or friends seeking a peaceful escape. For larger groups, Birdsong shares a driveway with neighbouring three-bedroom property Gumleaf. Both homes offer privacy and can be booked together.



Please note: Birdsong is an adults-only retreat and is not suitable for children. Brief maintenance visits may occasionally be required to service the outdoor hot tub, with advance notice provided wherever possible.
