"Clean from and friendly staff"

"What a beautiful resort, so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful! This resort offers so much for everyone. Location was also awesome!! My husband and I took our 4 kids. Ages 21,21, 18 & 10 everyone had the BEST time! "

"This Inn does not have an elevator but the staff helped with our luggage. Room was clean and the price was great. Only thing was that our two single beds badly need new mattresses but I believe they may be updating the rooms as they can. Good continental breakfast at the bakery next store. Shuttle (available at a "surcharge") may be available for clerk told me we could just call on our own for a taxi to the airport which we did."

"Hotel is in a beautiful setting. Beach not crowded. Lots of beach chairs. We stayed in a 3rd floor room with a kitchen and loft. Had a problem with all the stairs--I missed any mention that this type of room was on the third floor. I would have booked something on the first floor if I had known. Also, there is a beach exercise program that starts at about 9 am and the instructor is quite loud in leading exercises. Detracts from the beautiful sound of the waves. During the day it is quite nice with any music confined to the restaurant."

"The check in staff were friendly and absolutely amazing. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside for me was no access to the beach due to seaweed. Which I know is apart of nature but I primarily booked the resort for beach access. I would definitely stay again "

"My stay at Sonesta was a bit of a mixed experience. There were several maintenance issues in the room that really shouldn’t have been overlooked. The shower head needed fixing, the AC seemed stuck at 18 degrees the entire time, and the Body Soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were broken, which was inconvenient. The pool area was also disappointing. There’s only one pool, and it was consistently very crowded, making it hard to actually enjoy. That said, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, which made a positive difference during the stay. Overall, it has potential, but the property really needs better upkeep and attention to detail."
