Sitting somewhat away from the main street it is quiet with an absence of road noise. It is an older motel with some shabbiness in the hall carpeting and room chairs, but the room itself was clean. The breakfast offering was above average, fresh fruit; the eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy were well prepared and warm, several kinds of juice and blends of coffee. The pool looked inviting but was closed.

When we checked in, it took a few ‘dings’ to get the person’s attention because they were on a personal call in the back. When they finally came to the front, there was no hello or anything. They seemed annoyed that they had to check us in. Pool was broken and closed. The room’s carpet had holes from being worn down as well as the chair in the room. Had to get new bedding on one of the beds because there was black marker or something all over it.

The woman who checked us in was very nice. The man who refused to give mt husband extra pillows was not. The jet tub was nice. The very hard bed was not. I had springs digginf in to my ribs all night.

Walls are thin, can hear everything around you. Really cheap hygiene products. Bathroom had water stains in the ceiling. Hallway smelled like burnt rubber. Pool was closed “out of order”

The floor in our room was dirty. My daughter noticed her feet turning brown so we took a wet towel and wiped the floor with it. It was so gross, wish I could post the pic here. I took it down to the front desk and the lady took a pic of it and said she would share it with the manager next morning (no manager on duty till 11am next day!!!) and they would call us to discuss. No surprise, they never called. I would never stay here again. Poor customer service and gross floors!

The room could have used some upgrades. But had great water pressure. Could definitely use a new mattress felt like you were sleeping on the springs. The breakfast was amazing!!! The pool was cold and the hot tub jets didn’t work.

We had no hot water and were not able to sleep due to noise all night from the laundry, mechanical room and running upstairs. Could not find anyone at the front desk when I checked out.

Clean and comfortable
room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Chlorine use was heavy to kill germs but left a smell in my nose and irritated my skin so I had to put a tea shirt on the pillow to keep the chlorine from my skin. Not really complaining about the chlorine, just making the observation for others. Bring you own pillow if possible as my wife and son did. I was just staying for one night for a funeral and did not take the time to bring my own pillow. Other than the pillow and smell of chlorine, it was a comfortable stay and quiet. Also, the continental breakfast was great with many choices of food and beverage. The pool was nice and clean however I did not have time to use the pool.
