"Overall, all great. Much better quality than Campanile in France. Extremely nice reception staff! The only downside we experienced were too soft matresses."

"Great staff, especially Roman and Lucy at Reception. They were so welcoming and offered great tips for dining and parking around Chamonix during UMTB week.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a car since it’s a little off the beaten path, but it was a great home base for our trip. "

"Great place to stay in Chamonix. Very comfortable clean room. Many hiking options at proximity. Far enough from the center to be quiet at night but still walkable to restaurants and shops. Beautiful areas. Awesome breakfast and space to work. "

"I'm travelling throughout Switzerland for one month by train, so proximity to a station is important to me. This hotel fit the bill for that purpose for a three-night stay, being no more than five minutes from the station on a very direct route. It's a fairly basic property and has seen better days, but it is priced accordingly, so that was a fair trade-off for me. Breakfast options were limited, but again it was priced accordingly.
One thing that threw me at first was the virtual check-in (all reception service is virtual there) because I do not recall being alerted to that when I booked, but it works fine and is staffed 24/7. Another oddity was having to switch the lights on manually when walking along the hallway and in the elevator waiting area on my floor. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in continental Europe and the UK and never encountered that before. "
"Apartment lovely with beautiful views, however when booked it stated there was a cafe and patisserie and bar on site, all these were closed as it was seasonal. This was not made clear. There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food."
