We haven been visiting this property for over a decade. We beared witness to her glorious day and it is sad to see her gradual decade. For value of money and a quiet location, this is ideal. However, since the change of managing structure, they have implemented a list of cost cutting exercises. The reception, children’s playroom, spa, stream room, Japanese bath, the store at the back of the bakery (whichever turned a real estate agent and now vacant) had all but disappeared. There is with dampness across the corridor. Certain lights in the swimming area are not operational and corrosion are seen in some fittings. The temperature of the water in the swimming pool is turned down and closed at

Seasonal closing not made clear

Apartment lovely with beautiful views, however when booked it stated there was a cafe and patisserie and bar on site, all these were closed as it was seasonal. This was not made clear. There were no staff on site, any issues had to be dealt with via email. The rental company for the apartment were very good. They had provided essential amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. The main issue we had that we booked expecting there to be places that we could purchase food.

We have been returning to vallorcine apartments for a few years now. Unfortunately we feel they are not run as well as they were a few years ago. There is no one on reception, the bakery is very low on stock - can’t even get milk there. The pool is not heated for long enough so it’s too cold to stay in for longer than 5-10minutes. The sauna is only open from 4 pm and then crowded with young children trying to get warm after the cold pool! The WiFi is very poor and there was only one English Channel available on tv. A few years ago there were several movie channels available, an ice rink, a little kiosk, towels for swimming at reception and someone on reception. There was also a games room with a pool table which is now gone. The apartments are generally clean but there were some missing items that had not been replaced eg chopping board, long mirror and the bath screen had a very mouldy seal. Overall, it was quite disappointing this year. It’s such a pity as they could be much nicer if run properly.

Très bel endroit. Propre et bien équipé. A proximité du train et au pied des pentes. Garage intérieur très apprécié. Par contre l’ameublement du salon très inconfortable . Après une journée de plein air, se reposer ds un sofa moelleux aurait été un plus!

Établissement propre dans l’ensemble sauf pour la piscine et le sauna, ampoules grillées, présence de rouille. Pour ce qui est de l’hébergement chambre propre mais lit très inconfortable ainsi que les coussins dur comme du béton. Réellement décevant pour les services attendus.

Olimme oikein tyytyväisiä majoituspaikkaan, kohde oli erittäin siisti ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Uima-allasosasto saunoineen oli erityisen mieluinen. Kohteen läheisyys Vallorcinen juna-aseman vieressä oli kätevä ja majoittajan tarjoama kortti (carte d’hote) oli erittäin hyvä tarjoten mm. ilmaisen junamatkan Mont Blancin alueella. Lähellä oli myös lukuisia hyviä retkeilyreittejä. Voisimme tulla uudestaan!

pour ceux qui aiment la montagne et pas Chamonix

Vallorcine c'est trés joli et bien place pour de belles randonnées (emosson, Trient...). La résidence est trés bien (piscine/spa). Excellent rapport qualité/prix. accueil agréable. L'essentiel sur place (il faut un peu prévoir). Seul point noir la connexion: Free ne passe pas du tout. Le cable de l'hotel était coupé: la loose totale.

Tout s’est très bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. L’appartement est propre mais le lit moyennement confortable et la chambre un peu petite avec un lit bébé. L’esthéticienne est formidable et très professionnel. La piscine n’était pas assez chauffé à notre goût. Mais nous reviendrons car nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Superbe séjour ! L’hôtel est au top avec de nombreuses activités à l’hôtel et à l’extérieur. Le seul bémols est la douche (déjà on pensait que c’était une baignoire et pas de bac à douche donc inondation!)

さすが五つ星ホテルでした。2泊しました。部屋は食器類もたくさん準備されていました。ヒーターも自分で温度調整ができwifiも強いです。プールも楽しめました。また行きたいホテルのひとつです！

Pretty good - quiet due to end of season.

Quiet base for some local hiking. Room was pretty decent though layout of the building was confusing and door locks even more so. Well equipped though outside of the building could do with some paint. Views from rooms are pretty limited - just some tree covered hillsides Very quiet - mainly due to end of season. Good underground parking Provided everything I needed - and would probably stay there again but wouldn't go out of my way. Fairly good value for money

Les plus : appartement tout équipé avec cuisine, piscine, mini golf, table de ping pong, salle de jeux avec flipper et baby foot, vraiment idéal pour famille. De plus la situation loin de Chamonix très touristique, en font un lieu calme et entouré de sentiers de randonnée très peu fréquentés (si vous voulez des vacances au calme c'est parfait). Pas de moins

Établissement très agréable avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour en famille ( jeux , espace aquatique ). Le seul bémol : c’est la literie qui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing ( sommier et matelas ) du moins pour notre appartement Buet 52.
