10/10 Excellent
"A very nice hotel. The morning breakfast is OK. They’ve got fresh fruit and hot entrées. The choices are great for people, trying to maintain a healthy diet and also waffles, pancakes sausages and scrambled eggs for the kids."
"When we travel, we always try to find an autograph because they’re a step above your regular hotel. Attention to details is very important. They treated our dog as if she was a princess when we arrived at the hotel at the front desk Katie handed us a bag for Margaux it had in it a water bowl. It had some dog biscuits, bottles of water and a doggy menu for her to choose a meal off of room service. The room was exceptional. We had two double queen beds and it was quiet it was clean. The bathroom was delightful. It was a walk-in Italianate marble bathroom. The housekeeping services were wonderful. The room service person that we dealt with by the name of Kim was exceptional. All of our food was great there and the care of hospitality with the restaurant and with the hotel was exceptional. When we come back we will definitely stay at the sienna and Margaux gives it five paws 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 She enjoyed it. They treated her so well and took very good care of her."
"Cute and artsy, sheik hotel with fun decor. Big hit is the carpeted basketball court in middle of hotel with pillow basketballs. Hoops are standard 10 ft. Boys really enjoyed it! Latte coffee was decent in the restaurant. No laundry (we were baseball players so bummed about that stinky laundry had to be reworn LOL) and no ice machines but you could get ice at front desk. Floors made out of old basketball courts and headboards are basketball headboards. Cute touch. Presential suite could use an "uplift". Looks dated."
"House as described! Communication was easy and responsive. Great location. Close to campus - it is a drive and not a walk. There is a close by trail to campus that is about 2 miles which is nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! "
"We needed a place with a full kitchen, with a dining area, that was friendly to pets, and that was close to UNC for a weekend visit with our daughter, a UNC student. Going through the listings, this one looked like the best to fit our needs, even if it wasn't the least expensive and if it had one more bedroom than we needed.Wow, am I glad I chose this place! We arrived to find that the couch was already covered with a pet cover (printed with dachshunds, which is our breed), a dog bed on the floor, and with clean dog bowls ready for us. The kitchen was well appointed with a drip coffee maker, a hot water pot, a spike rack, pots, pans, drinkware, and tableware. The electric oven worked well for the entire weekend, and the refrigerator/freezer was spacious. There were lots extra rolls of paper towels, extra trash bags and generally everything we needed for our stay. The two bedrooms are upstairs, as are the washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bathrooms each have a shower-bath. The bedding was cute and each bed had four pillows plus an accent throw pillow, just as shown in the pictures. The mattress is a firm memory foam mattress, so your partner doesn't feel if you move around in your sleep. You are right on the Bolin Creek Trail, and there is a pool, tennis courts, and a dog run.Our host was very responsive to messages, so we always felt supported. Thank you Andrea Douglass and TriangleBNB for doing such a great job with this property!"
