I imagine it’s a little noisy in the summer (we could hear the people in the next room as well as people in the hall), but the beds were comfortable (lots of pillow choices!), the private deck perfect, the bathroom fantastic, and the public areas wonderfully well appointed! "I was surprised by the size of the unit, I didn't realize how spacious and clean everything was inside. there were a couple of cosmetic items that should be addressed 1) when water from the shower pools on the floor in front of the shower it drains in a corner to the right of the shower and 2) there is a missing hook towards the top of the bathroom door. Other than that everything was Fantastic. I will definitely be back next year and will probably book there again."

"Love getting away to this area and cabin at the KOA. Family friendly with fun activities for all. Bring your bug spray! "

"We stayed slightly off-season here (mid September). The complex was very quiet and we were lucky to have a third-floor unit with a nice view from the balcony and some of the windows. There are a lot of great recreational amenities in this complex, although not all of them were in top condition or well-maintained. Still, for the price we thought that this was a really good value. The complex is very large and nicely situated, right on the beach on the ocean side and a few minutes’ walk to the sound side and the Duck boardwalk. We really appreciated the indoor and outdoor pools, the Pickleball court, the hot tub, but there were also lots of other recreational options, like basketball and volleyball, corn hole, even outdoor chess. The apartment was nicely, appointed and clean, if a little dated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Still, for the money, it was large and had good flow. "
