There is very limited front desk service which was fine for us. The breakfast is self service, had a good selection and tasty. The Hotels.com website says check-in in from noon which is incorrect. There is no access to the property before 3 pm & you have to call a number on the front gate to obtain access to...

"Friendly attentive but not overly so staff. Nice location to relax - out of city both an advantage for parking/quieter/more space but have to drive into town if wanting to dine out. Can eat in hotel restaurant. "
