"When we drove up my husband said he wondered what I was thinking to book this place. But when we walked in we were both very impressed! Beautiful room, very clean, and had everything plus more. The bed is very comfortable. Might be a little soft for some, but I loved sinking into the mattress. Although we were right by the road (we were in unit 9) it was not loud at all. There are several breakfast places close by if you don’t bring your own. Or a well stocked kitchenette if you do. If we ever come back to Coeur D’Alene we will stay here for a couple of nights to really enjoy the room."

"We stayed for five nights. The day I needed to do some laundry, the washer and dryer were busy for a couple hours. There are only two on site. Also, the first morning, we went to take showers and the drain was completely clogged. There was a lot of hair and other things coming up from the drain. It was pretty gross. The shower curtain had not been changed in sometime and was quite dirty around the bottom. I did let the front desk know about the drain and they took care of it while we were out that day.. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice breakfast with a lot of options. The pool was nice and well maintained."
