Relax! You're on River Time!

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at the river! We definitely spent most of our time outside either on the porch which was shaded most of the day or on the dock jumping in the river.There is also plenty of space inside to spread out.The beds were all nice and comfy. The grassy area out back was perfect for rolling down! The host is very easy to work with and check in was seamless."

"We had a great stay. The host lives next door and was very prompt and friendly with the couple of questions we asked. Would highly recommend and we would like to return some day. This was a well furnished house and we had everything we needed. The decks were amazing. The kayaks and paddle boards and swim pad were fun to play with. The available dock slip was very convenient.One thing to mention is this community has pretty narrow roads and not any real room to turn around with a boat trailer. I decided to drive by the house and take a look before I showed up with my boat and I am glad I did so I knew what to expect. Everything worked out great. I was able to plan ahead and take the boat straight to the marina to launch it and then only drove to the house with an empty trailer which made it a whole lot easier."

"Exactly as described. Even better. Multiple outdoor sitting areas. Many basic kitchen supplies: spices coffee, tea, distilled water, condiments. Stocked w crockpot, cooking gear including silverware and pans. Grill and tools on front patio. Very clean. Great but simple furnishings. Bathroom was spotless. Ample supply of towels, toiletries and soap, shampoo, conditioner. Our only complaint is we had a busy schedule and wanted more time to enjoy it all."

"This house was perfect for a few days near the lake. We loved the hot tub and the foosball table. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans and utensils. The host was great with communication, and gave us all the info we needed. Deck had a great view of the lake and we loved spending mornings and evenings out there. We also really liked the community beach area. There is a designated swimming area, some sand for the kiddos to play in, a playground, and even some big trees that provide some nice shade. It’s down a pretty big hill, and it’s quite the climb back up to the house if you decide to walk. Doable, but not very fun in the heat while lugging beach gear. They do provide a parking pass though so you can also drive to the beach. Overall, loved staying here!"

"Quiet and secluded. It was ideal for spending time with our son who lives in Fernwood. We saw elk and deer. Also the owners dogs came to visit. They were very friendly to us and our small dog."

"This is a stunning property! From start to finish, communication was great. The house was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. There were 6 adults, two 3yr olds, and a dog and there was something for everyone. We liked the location and ability to boat over to Harrison. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"
