The Space:

Bring your Boat! You will fall in love with this private home with endless water views from the moment you arrive. Beautiful furnished kitchen for preparing meals in after a long day on the water. Bedrooms one and two feature a king bed, while bedroom three has a queen and bunkbed. The spacious living room also comes equipped with a large Sectional with a sofa sleeper for extra room. Located on a beautiful canal with a large private dock. Enjoy the day on the water with the kayaks or take a ride to the beach on the bicycles (2 bikes provided). Everyone will love the air conditioned garage that has been turned into a game room with Ping-Pong table, Foosball table, flat screen TV, and extra refrigerator. you can also enjoy your favorite beverage on the screened patio while watching the Dolphin and Manatee play. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and world famous Ron Jon's SURF Shop! Something for everyone!!

Excellent stay! My son and I had a Space Center weekend together and chose this home to stay in. It was exactly as shown online. You can tell the owners take care of this property. Safe, clean and quiet. It was just the two of us but you could easily do multi family with all the space. Sitting outside at night listening to the sea life was a highlight for sure. Easy in and out and convenient to everything. We will be back for sure!

Perfect day before our cruise!

Our family of 8 stayed here 2 nights before leaving for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We had such a wonderful time that I almost didn't want to leave for the cruise! The property was exactly as listed and very clean. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and the manatees. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Family Stay

We were in town for a sad occasion so having my family together in one place was nice. Plenty of room for everyone! The home is comfortable and conveniently located. We really enjoyed watching the manatees from the dock. Amazing! Management was responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Active vacay

This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs.

We stayed here a couple of nights before our cruise. We picked this home so everyone could fish before we sailed. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Grocery store and restaurants were less than a mile away and the Cruise Terminal (5) was about 5 miles. Would stay here again.

Great cocoa beach experience

The house was really clean and had a great layout with a nice mix of modern and retro aesthetics. We had everything we needed to explore the canal on kayaks and go to the beach. Plenty of clean towels and paper products.The canal was amazing! Everyday we saw dolphins swim by, manatees, and lots of cool birds.

Great house and location

We loved this house and wish we could have stayed longer. We had a one night stay planned prior to our cruise. The canal and the kayaks were fun. We saw dolphins and manatees. The house was clean and very spacious. We will come Back and stay longer next time!

Great set up

We were pleased staying here for a few days before our cruise. The set up was perfect for a set of grandparents, parents, and 3 children. The kids loved kayaking and fishing off the back dock, and playing the games in the garage. Neighborhood was close to everything, and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend!

Spring Break Trip

We absolutely loved this home and the location. My boys love to fish so we did a lot of fishing in the morning and evening. The home is so close to everything. The host is amazing with getting back to you very quickly with any questions you may have. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach or it’s a very short drive. We will for sure be hoping to be back next year. We loved the home and area so much that we are looking to buy in the area.

Spacious Beautiful Family Home

Just as described. We stayed only two nights to go on a cruise but all agreed we wish we would have had a longer stay. Right on the water, close to everything. Absolutely perfect for our family. The layout is perfect for gathering on the back porch for dinner or laughs and then enough privacy for sleeping. Take me back!!!
