The hosts are wonderful people. They were very helpful and communicative - making sure we were able to access the unit as well as providing helpful tips on the unit (light switching, community rules and requirements, etc). They were. Especially helpful when we left something behind. To top it all off, the unit is beautiful and offered a sanctuary for us during our stay in Cocoa Beach. It is well located with extremely easy access to the beach. Make sure you get up early at least once to experience the sunrise,
