There’s a big 75” smart TV with YouTubeTV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NBA GamePass. The main bedroom has a comfy king bed and a TV. The second room has a queen bed. Plus, we’ve got beach chairs, towels, and toys so you’re ready for fun at the beach!

Step outside to your private outdoor oasis in Cocoa Beach, Florida with artificial turf, a hammock, and patio seating. Rinse off in the surfboard shower after a day at the beach, then have fun with backyard games like giant Connect 4 and cornhole. You’ll have one designated parking spot in the driveway for convenience. Located in the heart of town-center, you’re just steps from City Hall, the fire department, and the police station, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot. Great stay, close to beach and downtown

Great location! Short walk to the beach. Great restaurants and places to have a drink in walking distance.Very clean and nicely designed. Very pet friendly with fence around property, outdoor shower to rinse them off after beach walks and grassy area in back for games and relaxing
