"The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach."

"This is a great place for families to stay. The pool has a great lazy river. There’s a bar and restaurant pool side, and there are activities for kids too. They had a movie on an outdoor screen in the evening. The continental breakfast was amazing. It had just about every breakfast food you could think of. Walking distance to the beach, and Ron Jon’s surf shop. "

"Wonderful location, can't beat beachfront. The property was nice, a little older and a little trash in the year. The condo was beautifully decorated, but it too was a little tired. Half of the master bedroom's closet door was on the floor, sliding door screen didn't work. Needs paint and a good thorough cleaning. All in all it was fairly good."

"Arrived early expecting to just drop luggage and we were delighted to be able to get early access to our room. The room is very large with seperate sitting area. Staff very helpful with restaurant suggestions and area info. Carpet is in need of replacing or good cleaning, and furniture is a little outdated but works just fine!"

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "
