Newly renovated Cocoa Beach, two bedroom, two bath condo on the beach. Brand new King bed and all new furniture throughout.. Beach style decor and bedding is also brand new! Condo was also painted with fresh paint throughout. Beautiful unobstructed 7th floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape launch pad. Less than one hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You simply will not believe the beatiful view from this unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the balcony!

Fully furnished in Coastal Living style with full kitchen, all linens and towels. Heated pool and spa. New flat screen Cable TV’s in every room. Washer and dryer in unit. You will have everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels . New king size bed in master, 2 double beds in second bedroom. My family and I had a wonderful time here! Our host was communicative (and helped us out when we left our swim suits behind!), the property was clean and quiet, and we LOVED the pool and hot tub, not to mention our proximity to the beach. There are also parks within walking distance, and all the shops and restaurants without any of the noise. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Girl's Weekend Getaway

Thank you for a really nice place for our girl's getaway weekend. The condo was clean, bright, updated, comfortable and beautifully beach decorated - a really nice set up. Location was ideal to the beach with a nice beach view, private pool, ample on-site parking, lots of stores and local restaurants nearby, and being less than an hour from Orlando Airport made our travels plans easier. We will definitely book again next time we're in Cocoa Beach.

Great location and fabulous condo

My family came down for a week-long baseball tournament and this condo was they perfect getaway for us. It is always steps from the beach and the condo itself is very modern a very well equipped for a long stay. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be looking to book this condo again on our next trip to the Cocoa Beach area.

The condo was clean and spacious. We used the kitchen daily to prepare and cook our meals. Parking was a short walk from the building. Stan was quit to respond to our needs. I would recommend this condo. We will return next year.

Great Condo

Sandcastles is a great place to stay. Beautiful accommodations and located close to restaurants and shopping. Our condo was perfect. We had a view of the ocean and a direct view of the many rocket launches. It was clean and had everything we needed to make this a comfortable stay. Stan, our host, was friendly, helpful and available if ever you should need him. I recommend this unit to anyone interested in visiting Cocoa Beach.

Great Getaway!

I came to this condo with my husband and four year old daughter. We had a fabulous time! The beach was a short beautiful walk. So convenient! The pool on location was a huge plus as well. Stan had every thing we could possibly need for our stay. My only complaint was I didn’t feel like the condo was very clean. I wiped counters down and vacuumed when we got there. The beach towels were also pretty worn and small. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

The condo was perfect. Clean, close to the beach and with a beautiful view. We watched three Space X launches from the balcony. A short walk to the beach and pool. Only downfall was a huge construction project next door, so much noise during working hours but quiet in the evening and weekends. Fortunately, a lot of the noise could not be heard inside the condo. Highly recommend. Thank you Stan!

Pleasant Stay

Although the weather was uncooperative we still had a nice time and enjoyed the condo. All was in order, the condo is great with comfortable beds. I ended up inviting my brother due to a second bedroom that otherwise wouldn't have been used. We had other family and friends staying at the Diplomat so this was a good location to be close to them and there are plenty of good spots to eat and shop nearby.

Wonderful, impeccably clean condo, on Cocoa Beach!

Had a great stay at Sandcastles. Very nice grounds and pool area. The condo itself was very clean - did not show signs of frequent beach stay wear and tear that unfortunately many condos do. Luggage racks were a very appreciated perk as were the plentiful beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards - made packing easy and saved having to go buy toys for the beach that would only get left behind. Extra towels would have been nice so that we at least had a spare per person in lieu of having to launder any on vacation, but this was a minor detail and suggestion in an overall positive stay! The balcony is very spacious with a grand view of Port Canaveral and the beach. Looking forward to staying here again.

New found annual vacation spot!!!

When we arrived, we already had our welcome letter with all of the check in information needed. The condo complex (Sandcastles) is very well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself was absolutely amazing! Immaculately clean with a gorgeous view and the most comfortable bed! We spent 10 nights here and loved every minute of it. From watching rocket launches on the balcony and the beach, to walking up and down Atlantic avenue and all of the shops! Stan was prompt and very kind in response to any questions we had. He even offered to reimburse us for a smoke alarm battery! The amenities abound in this condo and truly make you feel at home. We will definitely be back!!!
