House was easy to access, in a great location and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Everything you could need or want was in walking distance or a short drive. Would stay again if in the area.

Amazing place to stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was clean and inviting and the pool hot tub area was AMAZING! The walk to the beach was nice and close, also that area of the beach was pretty quiet! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We made great memories with our daughters, love love love! Thank you for sharing your place with us

Great stay!

The host was so responsive and the property is exactly as advertised. We wish we had more days to enjoy the house and backyard. Great location, quiet street, close to the beach and lots of activities. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the area.

Beautiful property and stay. Exactly as described. All the amenities on site and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean, safe neighborhood, private outdoor space with pool and hot tub.

A true gem!

We loved everything about our stay here! It was fully stocked, we were so close to the beach and we found plenty of yummy places to eat at nearby when we wanted to go out! We’re already planning a trip for next year!

Universal/Beach Trip

We had the best time! The house is amazing and the backyard oasis is perfect. So happy we found this little slice of heaven. We would drive back to Florida just to stay here again and again

Beautiful romantic get-away

We enjoyed the peace and quiet at this lovely property. Its very close to the beach and fine dining. I'd definitely recommend it to a couple looking for privacy, as well as an entire family needing several bedrooms. Management was very accommodating and helpful. A+

Great Spot for a Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect. We spent so much time by the pool and hot tub. The ocean is close enough to easily walk. The beach is quiet and beautiful. We couldn't have had a better time. Thanks so much to our hosts who were so easy to communicate with and they are beyond attentive and responsive! We highly recommend and may go back again!

Awesome backyard!

The house was exactly as advertised. The owners were great communicators. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in the house and fit comfortably. Easy to get to multiple beaches, lots of great places to eat, and the backyard with the pool, hot tub, and tiki hut covered area was worth it by itself.

Gorgeous house, prime location l, great amenities

Just recently stayed here for my friends Destination Bachlorette. There were 4 of us traveling from central NY, we each got our own bedrooms and space. The house smelled amazing upon arrival, very clean. The Hot tub and Pool were both amazing, everything is prime located and took no more than 20 mins to walk to basically wherever you wanted, beach, shops, restaurants, if walking was your choice obviously.

Backyard Oasis and Nearby Beach

Vacation with our adult children and their partners. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation at the beach and in the beautiful backyard. We took a day trip to Orlando for Top Golf, outlet shopping and dining. Guys enjoyed golfing in nearby Melbourne, and charter fishing on the Banana River. As a group we had fun mini golfing, dining at Heidi’s listening to live jazz music and dining at the Cocoa beach Pier.

Cocoa Beach Vacation

We traveled to Cocoa Beach from Canada for the Christmas Holidays, the property owners went above and beyond to make sure the home was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a wonderful neighborhood. Everything we needed was right at our fingers, we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and being close to the beach. What a lovely home.

It was clean and updated. The kids had a ball swimming at 8am. And 10pm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We walked to the beach and it was fun! We can’t wait to stay there again! Super time!

Perfect location

This house was just perfect for our 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything we needed with fully stocked kitchen.The pool was a huge hit with everyone! We walked almost everywhere. So many restaurants, ice cream shops, beach, etc. While we were visiting there was even a street fair we visited. Highlight recommend this home, close to beach and many restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations

Had a family vacation with my adult children. A few blocks walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful home. Very upscale kitchen accessories. Big deck/pool area was absolutely wonderful. The majority of the day there was quite a bit of shades with the tall, beautiful trees. Most comfortable self for family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

Our stay was so nice and private. The pool was great to have when we didn’t want to go to the beach one day. Relaxing and clean. Wendy was great to help when the AC started acting up. She called right away and got someone to come out asap. We really enjoyed the space, kitchen was well stocked and everything was thought about. We will be back!

Beautiful place to relax

We really enjoyed relaxing here with the amazing back yard. We were in the middle of town but you wouldnt know it walking out the back door. The pool was clean and really nice all day long. The rooms are setup nice and the kitchen set up was great has everything you would need. Beach items also to use big beach towels and beach chairs stored in the laundry area. AC works great for sleeping cool. The night lights in the back yard are really nice as well.

Great Vacation Rental

What a great rental. I have stayed at a lot of places over the last decade and this is top notch. Love the backyard with pool, hot tub and palapa. Spent most of our time there. It was pleasant surprised that hot tub, heated pool and bbq were all part of the rental price. I can't count how many times I've had to pay an extra $50 a day for heated pool and hot tub or $200 to use the bbq. The one time I had to reach out to find the outdoor tv remote the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend this rentals to other.

Pure Relaxation!

My family including grandparents and kids had a fantastic stay at this property! We did a few days at Universal and then traveled to Cocoa Beach. This property was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but all the amenities we needed at the house. The hosts have the home stocked with everything you need for comfort. Grandpa could take his naps and watch his financial news in the master bedroom, while the kids played hard in the pool. And, everyone enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will enjoy it. Thank you so much to the hosts for being super responsive and wanting to ensure we had a great stay!

Amazing!!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house was perfect and had EVERYTHING you would want or need. So comfy and clean. Shelves of beach and pool towels, plenty of bath towels and linens, kitchen was fully stocked, there was a cart to carry things for a day at the beach, grill out back, floaties, toiletries and extras in drawers.. and the beds and pillows and bedding were all so comfortable. The owners really make this place feel like home! The backyard was best part.. very private and pool was amazing!! Plenty of good restaurants and stores a short walk away. Everything you can ask for! Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely recommend to others and would come back to stay again for sure! Cocoa Beach 2024!!
