  • Located just 1 block from the beach and close to Port Canaveral and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Updated house with large heated pool, covered gazebo with grill/cooking area, fire pit, bar and plenty of outdoor seating. Full game room with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, separate kitchen/bathroom etc. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite countertops and smart TV's in every room. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 10+ people, beach cruiser bikes and all beach gear needed for easy to walk to the beach.
