Great experience

Ocean front cute building with very easy access to beach. They have a pool, grills, chairs, boogie boards, and all the supplies you need to make it a few days. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We even went down to the beach last night and watched a rocket launch.

We had to switch our destination from treasure island to cocoa beach and this did not disappoint. The facility was very well kept up and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of restaurant options, steps to the beach and pier. The communication from the property manager was great!

Excellent service, from check in to answering my questions promptly to check out was seamless. Our yellow lab felt right at home and loved the tile floor. We watched a Falcon launch from the roof top which was a fantastic view.everything clean and stocked. Highly recommend

Loved Cocoa Beach!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo! It was clean and quiet and looked exactly like the photos indicated. Everything we needed was already available in the unit. The location is very convenient to the pier and beach and all of the things we wanted to see and do. The rooftop is amazing! Communication with the property manager was excellent. It was a perfect place for a combined vacation/work from anywhere getaway.

A+ customer service! Steps from the beach.. equipped with beach chairs, body/ boogie boards, beach towels, and an umbrella. We were even able to watch two rocket launches from the rooftop! Very clean space with the feel of home with washer/dryer, full kitchen, TV’s, and the nearby pier with delicious eating options! Outstanding!

Christmas Stay

Although the weather was cloudy and overcast most days, we made the best of it. The location was perfect for our family to walk and drive where needed. Communication was great with property manager. We needed an extra blanket as one of our kids was really cold, and it was brought immediately. Because they are in college, they are use to dorm beds and they said that’s what the twin beds felt like they were sleeping on. If looking to upgrade something , I would suggest the mattresses or get mattress toppers.. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, relaxing and convenient. I did have to buy two new pillows because the other ones were really flat. I wanted to donate them to the condo, but my sister-in-law wanted to take them, sorry. I would definitely stay there again, possibly next year. The owners contacts with me was exceptional. I love the fact that beach chairs and towels were there since we traveled by air, very helpful!

Great experience. On the ocean…near the pier….super clean pool… The condo was well equipped with absolutely everything you needed…from very nice beach chairs, sun umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc. Parking was super convenient. We even cooked out on their gas grills which sat next to a nice, clean picnic area. The condo was very quiet at night. And management was great to work with…during our planning and also during our stay. I would highly recommend Chateau by the Sea to everyone…..and, the price was very reasonable. We would definitely come here again.

Great place close to the beach, restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop patio was great to watch the rocket launch. There's a TV in each room for everyone's entertainment. We could sit on the balcony (for 2 people only) and watch the beach while we have our coffee. The kitchen was very clean with all the appliances one would need. The bedrooms are nice and quiet. The only negative we had was the king-sized bed was too soft for us. The fact that there are beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards (2), all fully functionable, to borrow really made our stay more enjoyable. The pool is heated so the kids really enjoyed it after spending the day in the cooler water at the beach. The restaurants around are all great and within walking distance. We will certainly come back!

Absolutely loved this place. Zareh (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was extremely personable, and responded promptly when ever we had any questions. The rooms were clean, they even had beach chairs for us to use. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great Location

We had a great stay. The location of the condo is perfect. It’s close to many things to do for all ages. The host was quick to respond, and when an issue arose, he helped to get it fixed right away. We loved the option to go between the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about this stay from the booking, to the value and the property was excellent. The management group clearly communicated at every step and the condo was exactly as described. Beach access was easy, clean and private. Pool was adequately sized and well maintained and location was within walking distance to local eateries and grocery stores. We will stay again.

Convenience & Beach

Everything was so clean and well taken care of . The host had an office on site and responded quickly by email. We had a wonderful visit with friends and family. We went on the beach, used the pool, and enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony.
