Oceanfront Cocoa Beach Complex -3 min walk to beach

  • Beautiful recently remodeled Cocoa Beach first floor condominium and new bathroom. Heated pool, tennis court, pickle ball, shuffle board and outside grills.

    5 minute walk to Publix grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and Dollar tree. Rental scooters close to Complex and easy to view all rocket launches from complex or walk to beach.

    Condo is fully furnished with all your needs. 60 inch tv with cable and wifi. Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher and all dishes, pots and pans. Washer/dryer inside unit. All stay linens, towels, pots/pans, coffee maker, hairdryer, etc. are stored at condo.

    Close to World Famous Ron Jon's, Kennedy Space Center and walking distance to many places. 1 hour from Disney World, Universal and Sea World. Walking distance to many restaurants.

    Come enjoy the beautiful beaches with this condos private beach access.
