Air conditioning is magnificent!! Large open rooms, super nice linens, they left helpful things at the property like coffee filters & extra TP. The back patio is perfect for littles.Best compliment i can give is how quickly they responded to questions & we had a little trouble with a rogue bush & it was handled quickly!!We cruise out of Cape Canaveral about every 3 months & we will rent from the owner again.

Team Trip

This place was great and very spacious. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and we weren't on top of each other. The upstairs was awesome for a game room to hangout. The location was perfect as it was close to downtown Cocoa Beach and walking distance to the beach. Overall, awesome place and would recommend for a place to stay.

Fantastic property

Fantastic property for friend group or large family. The kitchen had everything needed. The game room was perfect distraction for hot afternoons. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows were availible. The property was also very well stocked with beach supplies! Would stay again!

Great stay at the Island Surf Beach House

We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding in Cocoa Beach and loved the place. There were 4 adults and chose this place since it had 4 separate bedrooms with enough beds and bathrooms for us. We especially loved the game room with the shuffleboard and classic arcade cabinet, which provided entertainment and a little friendly competition for us every night. We had an easy check in experience and got into the place right away, which hasn’t always happened at other vrbos. Would highly recommend, especially for groups that want their own bedrooms and some cheap entertainment.

Thanksgiving with family

Overall great experience. No issues, everything was as listed. Great layout and location. We really loved the beach chairs, pool towels, and super easy walk to the beach and downtown area. We had a great family Thanksgiving! 7 adults, all family. Would stay here again. Only 2 suggestions would be to provide dish towels in the kitchen (there were none), and more communication with owner (there was no response to a minor question we sent prior to Checkin).

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities and fun perks we needed for our stay. So much space to enjoy. Very simple check in and out process. A short 3 block walk to the beach for which we used the wonderful beach equipment in the garage. That was totally wonderful!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home that was perfect for our needs. Lots of room. We hit the beach every day. Loved the outdoor hot shower! The game room was awesome. The kitchen was also properly stacked with hardware to cook family meals. Beach location on 3rd street was also perfect, just outside the large groups. Can’t wait to come back.
