This is the ideal spot for beach-goers, foodies, bar-hoppers, and shopaholics, as we are centrally located for all things that Cocoa Beach has to offer! Just steps (5 minutes walk) to the beach, nearby local restaurants, bars and shopping. Want to see a rocket launch, check out Coconuts on the Beach, or take a stroll downtown where you can walk to it all!
The Space:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1400 square ft beach cottage with all the old school Cocoa Beach vibes with an updated-fresh look.
The master bedroom has a king bed and 50" TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own TV as well. The spacious family room has a large sofa and plenty of seating to relax!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the dining and essentials for cooking a meal. Plus, dining space for 4 in our Florida room. Or just step outside and walk to your choice of any of the downtown restaurants!
To make your stay convenient and comfortable we provide linens, common spices, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, dishes, bath towels, beach towels, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and beach chairs.
If you want to be in the center of our little beach town, this is the spot! If you have plans for going on a cruise, going to the port, heading to a theme park or checking out Ron Jons... these are all a short drive away!
This beach cottage is truly the perfect spot for you to enjoy all things Cocoa Beach!

Great spot!
This was our second stay here - convenient and cute! Perfect for 3-4 guests, tv in each room. Easy walk to the ocean and a quick drive to the Port, Ron Jon, and lots of good restaurants. Beautiful area!

Fun beach stay!
This is a cute little place that is in easy walking distance to the ocean, lots of restaurants and shops. 2 bedrooms and nice sitting area. Great coffee spot (Juice and Java) nearby. Recommend Longdoggers Restaurant a few miles away for delicious food. Beach access is easy and the water was so clear and refreshing. Loved it and will hope to stay here again!

We absolutely loved the downtown cottage! It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! The place was very comfortable for our family of 4 and was very clean and well kept. We would absolutely love to return in the future.

Florida Getaway
Our vacation to Cocoa Beach was amazing. It was our first time here and we loved it. The house we stayed in was perfect. It was central to the area we came to see. I would definitely rebook on a future trip and I highly recommend it! The communication with the homeowner before, during, and after our trip was super helpful. He was so accommodating. I can’t wait to visit again.
