Direct Oceanfront 3-bedroom Condo in Cocoa Beach

Welcome to one of the best private access beaches on Cocoa Beach. This condo offers 3 bedrooms and two full baths with all the amenities needed to have an incredible vacation. This condo is on the first floor so there is no elevator or stairs to climb. Pool is right around the corner and beach is right over the dunes bridge just out the patio door. Just bring your swim suits, sunblock, and flip flops.....

Please understand that our vacation home is "self-catering" accommodations. We provide linens, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, and bath/ kitchen towels. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We also provide cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan, and vacuum. We leave consumable items and groceries up to the guests.

We DO provide starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, as well as a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a starter trash bag in each can.

Many beach items are sometimes found in our units, which were left by previous guests. So check out what is there before purchasing items. We DO NOT supply these items. However, sometimes you will find small quantities of these items left from previous guests.

Supplies You are Responsible for:

Groceries and consumables. Additional Toilet paper, Paper towels, Hand soap, Garbage bags, Sponges/scrubbers, Dishwasher tabs, and Liquid dish soap, etc. There are supermarkets and grocery stores close to the area for any other supplies your family may need.
