You will love this DIRECT oceanfront condo! Walk out the door and be on the beach in 30 seconds, while others are still waiting for the elevator. This corner unit with a large wrap around porch offers amazing ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and even the kitchen! Totally renovated and updated condo with all new flooring, furniture, mattresses/bedding, air conditioner and 50 gallon hot water heater. New 50" Smart HDTV in living room, 36" Smart TV in the Master bedroom and a 32" Smart HDTV in guest bedroom, all with DVR....just bring your Nextflix log in information. This condo is walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find many bars, restaurants and shops.

All we hoped for and more!

We took a month long trip this year. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, well organized, and super convenient all around. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. We also watched SpaceX launches from the back yard. Would definitely do this again.

Relax and enjoy

From the minute we walked in, it was paradise. We saw a satellite launch, Santa on the beach and ate a lot of good meals. Best seat in the house was on the patio. Sound of waves puts you to sleep at night. Can't wait to come back and explore more!

Perfect condo in the perfect location

Our family stayed for a month in this beautiful condo and every day that we woke up staring at the beautiful ocean we felt so thankful and lucky to have chose this place. The condo is beautifully furnished and updated. The ground floor is so convienent to the pool and beach and for sitting outside and enjoying nature. The location is perfect. The beach is not busy but you can easily walk to all the restaurants and amenities (library, ABC, coffee, dollar store, etc.) in Cocoa Beach. I can not express how happy we were staying here. The condo complex is small and the residents are friendly and helpful. The owners are local and were available when we arrived and responsive by phone. We had absolutely no problems while we were there. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo.

Excellent location. We loved being able to access the beach right out the back door. The unit has everything you need. We loved it and would recommend and go back. The beds and pillows really need to be updated to make it more comfortable and restful.

Fantastic Oceanfront Property

This was our second time staying at this property and it is fantastic! We really enjoy the direct ocean access being on the first floor while still having ocean views from the condo and porch.

An 🌊Oceanfront Gem 🌞

Beautiful condo with excellent view of mesmerizing ocean , calming green lawn & pretty sea dunes. Perfect location to walk and explore downtown area for a nice variety of good eats & shops & local art & music. Kind Owner available for all inquiries & requests. So sad to leave, but we look forward to returning again next year!!

Book this condo now!!! Beach front first floor unit! This condo was updated and very comfortable! The building is an older building but the unit is fully up to date! Walking distance to really cool bar/restaurant! The money shot is stepping outside the unit with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean! We will rent again very soon! Thank you Angie! Ken

This is one of the best rental properties on the Space Coast!

We stayed at this property for almost a month -- and it has been a fantastic experience! I wish all rentals were as well maintained and clean as this one. All this wouldn't be possible without exceptional owners, who enhanced our experience with perfect communication and willingness to accommodate our requests. The location is perfect, the beach is outstanding, and the surroundings have everything you need in terms of shops and services. I would recommend this place to my friends and will be back next year myself :)

Wonderful location

It was great to be able to walk out the door wall and right out to the beach. The pool was clean and never busy. Convenient location. Overall, a very relaxing stay. We enjoy cooking and would have liked a better equipped kitchen. We went to the dollar store to get measuring spoons and cups, a cheese grater, vegetable peeler, as well as sharper knives and a better can opener. The furnishings and decor are very nice, they look professionally done. We noted that the bathroom rugs were dirty (washed them on our first day) and there was sand and crumbs between the couch cushions.

We enjoyed our two weeks stay at this clean, well decorated, and uncluttered condo. All the furnishings were coordinated, and created a very pleasing atmosphere. The condo had plenty of storage for our things. Which is not always the case when you rent. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiry. We look forward to visiting again.
