- Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This Condo has not one but, TWO balconies. This Condo and the Complex has so much to offer. Unit sleeps 6!! Newly remodeled and new furniture. Enjoy the Oceanview & Breeze from the living area balcony. This is on the 3rd floor & has a security code to enter the upper floors. Tennis courts, Spa, Pool, gated beach access. This complex is beach front. An outdoor shower to spray off.
