Enjoyed the warm pool and got to see 6 Space Launches from the roof. Had a side deck that even on cool days it was warm. The beach was nice and not crowded. Can say enough good things about maintenance.

We enjoyed this space. It was well stocked not only in the kitchen but with beach things too. One thing to note is that it states there is a pull out couch, in order to sleep 6. There is not a pull out couch but an air mattress that we used. The staff responded quickly and were very friendly!

Good Stay

The condo was in a good location to beach and surrounding activities. The condo itself had all the kitchen needs and a washer and dryer. Never had an issue with parking, but we stayed at the end of March, so not sure if the busy season would affect that. The inside of the condo was clean, with exception of the floors. We noticed sand under foot as soon as we walked in. They do provide a vacuum, but our socks and feet turned dirty very quickly. That's my only complaint. Would stay again.

Wonderful Location

The location was amazing. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Everything was in good working condition, plenty of dishes, pans and other necessary items if you want to eat in. The unit and grounds are very clean. The furnishings are a little worn but comfortable which was relaxing, you didn't stress about putting your feet up! The unit manager is incredibly helpful and sent periodic info on upcoming events. There was a falcon heavy launch while we were there. The roof deck was excellent for watching the launch and even better for watching the boosters land. Cocoa beach itself is lovely, it's clean, quiet with lots of surfing to watch and not too crowded. This may be relative to when you go, we were there in October. Overall our visit was a very relaxing and enjoyable. I hope to go again and would gladly stay in the same unit.

Beach getaway after Disney World

Very nice condo! Great location! Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and all you could imagine in the kitchen were included. We wanted to relax after a few days at Disney World. Had a great time in this condo, would book again for sure. Really easy drive from Orlando.

The resort was lovely, the staff members were fantastic and the rooftop terrace was a wonderful bonus. The proximity to everything is great and the ocean is steps away from the complex. The apartment was clean but VERY tired. I advised reception about large water stains on the ceiling. The rattan dining chair seats were broken and overall the unit needs some tlc.

Family vacation

Château by the sea is a great place to stay while in cocoa beach. The roof top lounge is the best seat in the house for fabulous sunrises and beautiful sunsets. Our room was as described and very clean. It’s also close to some great little restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Thanks for stay!!

Great location and quiet bedrooms

Nicely updated unit in an older building with private beach access and a beachside pool area. The balcony was lovely but air conditioner noise from neighboring units and buildings makes it less than ideal; the good news is the noise does not reach the bedrooms which were very quiet. The rooftop deck was amazing for watching launches and looking at the beach/ocean. Overall we had a great stay here.

This unit is exactly as described. It was beautifully updated, well equipped with everything we needed and clean! No musty smells and everything was in perfect working order. The location is perfect and we didn't have any issues with noise of any kind and we stayed during Spring Break when the area is packed with lots of visitors. All around great stay and will definitely return to stay in this unit again when back in the area. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We stayed in this beautiful, newly renovated property and it was fabulous for our family! The bright, clean design and decor made us feel relaxed and in a little slice of heaven by the sea. Our family of four fit nicely and there was even room for additional guests on the pullout if needed. The location of this condo has direct access to the beach through the common pool area, which made getting to the sand and the water a breeze! It was also a quick walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, several delicious restaurants, and a short drive to the famous Ron John surf shop and other shops and food. We spent a day at the Kennedy Space Center, drove to Disney for the day, and spent the rest of our time soaking up the beautiful Florida sun. This location provided a wonderful place to stay with lots of options for fun in the sun! JacIyn was super easy to work with, responded quickly to questions and during the booking process, and provided recommendations for what to do in the area. I highly recommend this condo!
