Beachside Cottage - 5 min walk to the Beach

Welcome to our charming two bedroom cottage in Cocoa Beach, Florida! We are just steps away from the beach, so you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. Our Cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Screened in back porch with privacy fence all around. Outside shower. Smart TVs in each room. 5 min walk to beach. 1 min drive. Walk to downtown, many restaurants and even go fishing at the river.



Charming, comfortable, clean and quiet retreat. This is how our guests describe our home. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly néed for a wonderful and easy vacation. Sterns and foster king bed. Pull out trundle, Portable cribs and air mattresses.



Inside, the cottage is tastefully decorated and features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for up to five guests. The living room is spacious, cozy and inviting, with a couch, armchair, and flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are both spacious and feature comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and beach-inspired decor.



The cottage is located just a short drive from some of the area`s top attractions, including Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon`s Surf Shop, and the Brevard Zoo. It`s also just a short drive from Disney World, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation.

Great Beach Stay

We had a great experience. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of places but just quiet enough to relax and get out of the hustle and bustle.

This place was so cute. It had everything we needed for the weekend and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The host was welcoming and helpful. The place was awesome really close to publix and many other restaurants and with it only being 5 min walk to the beach made it so much better.Also our surprise when we saw how fully stocked the kitchen was made our day.

overall, it was a great stay. we couldn't get the tvs to work, but who needs tv. i mixed up the listing and thought it had two beds in the 2nd bedroom instead of one, so it was a little tight with 2 teenaged boys. while it is a short walk to the beach, you had to cross two busy streets. there were some great amenities, but there are some small things like the water porches was empty, the ice cube trays were empty, there was no paper towel, so we had to immediately go out and purchase things just to have cold water, but again very tiny annoyances. the area was great, really close to a lot of food restaurants, and for a wonderful recommendation for a boat tour with Captain Quinn.
